Safety 24/7

Since its founding in 1998, ACME Group has always practiced a strong commitment to safety In all it’s operations in various group companies. Initially, when introduced to the concept of Safety 24/7 culture, we primarily focused our efforts on creating a culture of safety, on priority, not only on the jobsite, but also within our offices, manufacturing units, and our private individual’s lives outside of work.

The Safety 24/7 philosophy has become an integral part of each ACME Group employee’s personal commitment to one’s own safety, as well as to the safety of friends, family and coworkers.

All employees are responsible for their personal safety and that of co-workers, and always comply with all relevant safety and health guidelines & rules. Our employees place a high level of importance on safety beliefs, values and attitudes—and these are shared by all the employees within the organization. Safety guidelines are our favorite reading material, and where others may see it as tedious—we thrive on reliability and quality control. Our employees demand, and actively participate in, the establishment of a safe environment by proactively identifying and communicating concerns on the job. All employees are given the authority and responsibility to stop what they are doing and address the situation if they feel it compromises safety.

Especially in construction, production rates, schedules, deadlines and budgets can create intense pressures to satisfy the needs of clients, which may cause individuals to compromise safety for timeliness. With the implementation of the Safety 24/7 philosophy, we have adopted the concept of safe production, where safety and production are united as one idea.

Building safety as a core value has become an integral part of the health and wellbeing of ourselves and those around us and has also been critical to the success of our projects and our company’s growth.
